(Dallas, Texas) 2006 is here and it's time to make sure you have the industry's most important event on your calendar! StonExpo 2006, which will take place November 9-11, 2006 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, will be even BIGGER AND BETTER than the 2005 event!

Plans for StonExpo 2006 are well under way, and the phones are already ringing off the hook with questions from prospective exhibitors and attendees wanting to participate. "We've never seen response like this to a show," says Michelle Troop, Senior Show Director, StonExpo. "As soon as StonExpo 2005 was over, the industry started asking for exhibit space and information on how to register for the 2006 show!"

StonExpo 2005 was touted as THE BEST STONE SHOW EVER. The event experienced huge increases across the board:

5,068 verified fabricators, installers, quarriers, contractors, architects, designers, builders, distributors, kitchen and bath specialists and retailers attended the show, a 55% increase over 2004

255 exhibiting companies participated, a 24% increase over 2004

These companies occupied 82,000 net square feet of exhibit space, up 22% over the 2004 show

35% of these companies were NEW to the show

Total attendance was 6,271

3,442 conference sessions were attended, a 66% increase over 2004

Based on the tremendous success of StonExpo 2005, StonExpo 2006 is poised to be the biggest and best stone event to date! Stone professionals can expect more of everything they experienced at StonExpo 2005...more stone, new products and services, exhibitors, education and networking...more of EVERYTHING they want!

Companies interested in exhibiting at StonExpo 2006 should submit contracts as soon as possible to ensure they get prime space on the show floor. With the success of StonExpo 2005, the show floor will fill up quickly, with most of the exhibit space committed to during the initial space draw process. Companies that participate in Space Draw will have a better chance of getting the prime location they're looking for. The Space Draw Deadline for StonExpo 2006 is February 17, 2006.
